I have created this blog as part of the graphic arts course I am currently studying. I am completely inexperienced in the world of blogs, so am looking forward to a steep learning curve this year.

I have previously been more concerned with the written word, having studied Professional Writing & Editing at RMIT in Melbourne, and continuing on with screenwriting (receiving development funding from Film Victoria and Screen Tasmania). Having suffered from a form of writer's block for a number of years - not to mention the lack of job opportunities in creative writing - I thought it might be stimulating to try something new, but hopefully relevant.

This blog will make it clear to all and sundry whether or not I've made the right decision!
