Dongles are very frustrating. I was filling out the interests section in my profile, noting dozens of my favourite books, films and musical artists, when my connection dropped out and I had to start again. This time I decided to choose only five of each and hope they are representative. No doubt I won't be able to help myself from adding to them further down the track.
Scott, if the dongle is flaky, try composing posts off line, say in a text editor like Notepad, and then copy and paste into the blog compose window only when you are ready to submit.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the advice. The main trouble i'd been having was in just doing research for my assignment, with the dongle dropping out and just eating up time. It should be resolved soon though, with a proper ADSL connection coming in the next week or so. But the offline composition is a very good idea in general.
